Rockwood Manor Wedding Cost

Rockwood Manor encompasses a 30-acre wooded park and historic 1920s country house nestled on the shores of the C&O Canal and Potomac River. The Manor House has stood for nearly a century and has hosted first ladies, international diplomats, and thousands of private events throughout its history. The Rockwood Manor property accommodates up to 120 guests for a ceremony on the wooded Patio, with cocktails on the Veranda, and a seated banquet in the rustic elegance of Brooke Hall. It’s located right near Bethesda, Tysons, 270 corridor, and DC!

Pricing ranges from $1,660-$2,855 for off peak season (November to March) for non Montgomery County residents. Montgomery County residents receive a discounted rate. Their rate depend on date with. Monday-Thursday being the most affordable and Saturday’s being the most expensive. For during peak season (April-October) rates range from $2,640-$4,600. These rates include up to 120 guest.
