How To Get Married at City Hall in Philadelphia | Philadelphia Elopement Photographer
To get married at City Hall in Philadelphia first you will need to get a marriage license! Both you and your partner must show up in person to obtain the license. The marriage license has a 3 day waiting period and it expires 60 days after that! The location to get the license is 1400 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Room 413, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
To get married at City Hall after you get your license you will have to call to schedule a date.
Below are details on how to get a Marriage license in Philadelphia directly from the website:
1. Prepare the documentation you'll need.
You must bring your required forms of identification and payment. You should also bring any other documentation you may need, as outlined in the special cases section.
2. Decide when you'd like to apply.
Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
If you’ll need a translator, contact the office at least one week before your visit.
3. Go to the Marriage License Department and apply for your license.
Both applicants must appear at the Marriage License Department. Only the applicants need to attend.

As part of the process, you will fill out your application and present any necessary documentation, such as your photo IDs.
For marriage licenses, everyone is considered an applicant. Genders do not factor into the application process and are not captured.
4. Receive your license.
You will receive your license at the end of your visit. It will be valid on the third day after you apply, and remain valid for 60 days from the issue date. It’s your responsibility to get married in this time frame and arrange for an officiant or witnesses, if required by your license type.
If you lose the license within the 60-day period, you can get a replacement for $10.
If you don’t use the license within 60 days, you must return the license and reapply. You’ll also need to pay the fee again. No refunds will be provided for an unused license.
A regular marriage license costs $90. Quaker or self-uniting licenses cost $100.

It’s built on the site of the former Domino Sugar Refinery, the park is a tribute to the diversity and resiliency of generations of Domino workers, their families and their neighborhood. The park features views of the NYC skyline including views of the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center in Manhattan! The MGM Music Hall open in Boston near Fenway Park in August 2022 as a music and event venue! MGM Music Hall is located at 2 Lansdowne Street (at the corner of Lansdowne & Ipswich Streets), Boston, MA 02215. The venue is positioned as a mid-sized major venue: larger than smaller clubs (2,000-3,000 capacity) but smaller than full arenas. That allows for high-profile acts in a more intimate setting and can be rented for more corporate events. The opening of MGM Music Hall at Fenway is part of a broader revitalization of Boston’s live-music infrastructure: adding more high-quality mid-sized venues means more acts, better options for locals.

I photographed a 2 day conference for the Open Source in France Forum in NYC at Convene. This venue in Manhattan offers 73,000 sq ft of flexible meeting/event space. The full venue can accommodate events and conference for slightly over 1,500 guest just a block away from the World Trade Center!

The George Mason Memorial in Washington, DC is located in West Potomac Park along the southern edge of the Tidal Basin in Washington, D.C. specifically at 24 E Basin Drive SW. The site occupies a portion of the historic “Pansy Garden” landscape and is part of the district under the management of the National Park Service as part of the National Mall and Memorial Parks. From the memorial there is a lot of greenery space, the pond, and a view of the Washington Monument! This location is also walking distance to the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial. Since 2004, the World Business Forum New York has brought together thousands of senior executives from across the globe to learn directly from the world’s most influential business thinkers. The venue is one of the busiest convention centers in the U.S. and plays a major role in New York’s convention/trade show economy. The Javits Center is located on Manhattan’s West Side at 429 11th Avenue (also referenced as 655 West 34th Street) between 34th and 38th (–40th) Streets in the Hell’s Kitchen / Hudson Yards area of New York City.
