I photographed this surprise proposal at the Bartholdi Fountain and Gardens in Washington, DC! The fountain and gardens are apart of the Botanical Gardens and have a great view of the U.S. Capitol in the background! It’s the perfect mix of iconic DC views with flowers and greenery! The space is also not overly crowded at most times giving a little privacy for a proposal! This is an excellent option for a surprise proposal or engagement photos in DC!
