DC Late Night Romantic Surprise Proposal with a Violinist

We helped Hisham pull off this picture perfect surprise proposal near Constitution Gardens right after sunset! During a walk they stumbled upon this setup with light up letters that spelled out “Marry Me” candles, and rose petals! As the proposal happened a violinist approached and played a few songs!
