Gravelly Point in Arlington, Virginia is managed by the National Park Service as part of the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Located adjacent to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), it's a famous spot for watching planes land and take off due to its unique proximity to the airport's runway. Visitors also enjoy the park for picnics, biking on the Mount Vernon Trail, and waterfront views of the Potomac River and the Washington, D.C. skyline.
