Washington's Spanish Steps are listed in the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing feature in the Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District, designated in 1989. This space is a nice quiet area to plan your engagement photos or a surprise proposal with the steps and greenery! The area can also be used for a small intimate wedding ceremony. Consider planning your photos hear early morning or right before sunset for great light!
