Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens is a beatiful garden location in Richmond, Virginia to plant. surprise proposal or engagement photos! The gardens are open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The gardens have 80 acres of space including sections like the Central Garden (with things like the Four Seasons Garden, Healing Garden, Sunken Garden, arbor walk, etc.), Rose Garden, Asian Valley, Children’s Garden, Victorian Garden, Woodland, and Conservatory. One of the best locations in Richmond for planning a surprise proposal or engagement photos is Maymont! Maymont is a 100-acre Victorian estate and public park in Richmond, Virginia! There are lot’s of great locations around the park for photos and spots to plan your proposal. Maymont is open 10am-7pm, and 10am-5pm during the winter months! The park is free with a $5 suggested donation. Parking is easy at the parking lot outside the park!
