One of the best locations in Richmond for planning a surprise proposal or engagement photos is Maymont! Maymont is a 100-acre Victorian estate and public park in Richmond, Virginia! There are lot’s of great locations around the park for photos and spots to plan your proposal. Maymont is open 10am-7pm, and 10am-5pm during the winter months! The park is free with a $5 suggested donation. Parking is easy at the parking lot outside the park!
